14-Day Returns Policy
At Supplies Hub, we offer a 14-day returns policy in accordance with UK consumer law.
If you change your mind about a product purchased online, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the item.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
How to Return an Item
To return an order, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at help@supplieshub.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
- We will provide the return address and instructions.
- Package the items securely and return them within 14 days of notifying us.
- Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
You may use Royal Mail or another courier of your choice.
Return Postage Costs
Customers must pay the return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us. We will cover reasonable return postage costs where required by UK consumer law.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Returned items may be inspected. We may make a deduction if their value has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
As Supplies Hub offers free standard UK delivery, there is normally no original standard delivery charge to refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at help@supplieshub.uk.
Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us resolve your request more quickly.
We will arrange a refund, replacement or another appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns under UK consumer law, including:
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Products made to a customer’s specific requirements.
- Other products excluded from cancellation rights by law.
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
In-Store Purchases
For products purchased directly from our London shop, change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion.
Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly described products remain unaffected.
