Terms & Conditions – Supplies Hub
Last Updated: 8 November 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Supplies Hub.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, https://supplieshub.uk/, and the purchase of products from Supplies Hub.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, subject to your statutory rights.
Supplies Hub is a UK-based supplier of sticker and label paper, ID badge accessories, lanyards, packaging materials, photo paper, printing supplies, blank garments and other business products.
We supply products to individuals, professional printers, crafters, offices, schools, businesses, event organisers and other organisations throughout the United Kingdom.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
2. Product Information and Descriptions
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs and technical information.
However, certain product details are supplied by manufacturers, importers and third-party suppliers.
While we take reasonable steps to check product information, minor variations may occur between manufacturing batches or individual products.
These may include differences in:
- Product dimensions, length and width.
- Material thickness and weight.
- Colour shades and finishes.
- Material texture and appearance.
- Manufacturing tolerances.
- Product packaging and presentation.
- Minor design details.
Measurements and specifications identified as approximate are provided for general guidance.
Minor manufacturing variations within clearly communicated tolerances do not necessarily indicate a defect. Products must nevertheless conform to their descriptions and meet applicable legal quality requirements.
If a particular specification is essential for your intended use, please contact us before ordering.
3. Manufacturing and Product Sourcing
Supplies Hub is primarily a distributor and retailer rather than the original manufacturer of the products sold through our website.
Many products are sourced from independent manufacturers and suppliers in the UK and overseas, including China.
Product specifications, technical information, material compositions and manufacturing details may originate from these manufacturers.
We use our industry experience and available product information to assess the products we supply. However, not every product can be individually tested under every possible operating condition.
Manufacturing processes may result in minor differences between production batches.
Where variations fall within the product’s stated tolerances and do not affect its conformity with the contract, they will generally be considered acceptable.
Our role as a distributor or importer does not remove any legal responsibilities that apply to Supplies Hub.
4. Product Dimensions and Manufacturing Tolerances
Product dimensions, thicknesses, weights and finishes may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes.
This is particularly relevant to products including:
- Sticker and label paper.
- Printable vinyl materials.
- Pre-cut circular and rectangular labels.
- Photo paper.
- ID card holders and badge accessories.
- Lanyards and fabric products.
- Packaging materials.
- Blank garments and textiles.
For example, sticker paper thickness may vary slightly between production batches.
Pre-cut labels may also have minor differences in dimensions, cutting positions or alignment.
Customers requiring exact technical specifications or manufacturing tolerances should contact us before ordering.
Where a product is sold with a specific measurement or specification, it must meet that description, subject only to tolerances clearly communicated before purchase.
We do not guarantee absolute uniformity between manufacturing batches unless expressly stated.
5. Printer Compatibility and Printing Materials
Supplies Hub sells printable materials, including sticker paper, vinyl sheets, photo paper and self-adhesive labels.
Different materials are designed for different printer technologies and operating conditions.
Customers should check compatibility before using these products.
Compatibility may depend on:
- Inkjet or laser printing technology.
- Specific printer models.
- Supported paper thickness and weight.
- Paper-feeding systems.
- Ink or toner types.
- Printer settings and operating conditions.
Products described as suitable for inkjet printers should not automatically be considered compatible with laser printers, and vice versa.
Customers should consult their printer manufacturer’s instructions before using unfamiliar materials.
We recommend testing a small quantity before carrying out large printing jobs.
6. Printer Damage and Equipment Liability
Customers are responsible for using products according to their intended purpose, product instructions and relevant equipment manufacturer’s recommendations.
Supplies Hub is not responsible for damage caused solely by incorrect use, unsuitable printer settings, incompatible equipment or failure to follow operating instructions, where the damage is not attributable to a defective product or breach of legal duty by Supplies Hub.
Examples may include:
- Paper jams caused by incorrect media loading.
- Using inkjet-only materials in unsuitable laser printers.
- Printhead problems caused by improper handling or maintenance.
- Damage caused by media exceeding the printer manufacturer’s supported thickness or weight.
- Problems arising from incorrect heat, pressure or printing settings.
- Damage caused by forcing unsuitable materials through equipment.
Customers should discontinue using a product if repeated feeding problems, unusual equipment behaviour or incompatibility occurs.
If a customer believes a defective product has damaged their equipment, they should contact us with the product details, printer model, circumstances and supporting evidence.
We will assess the issue in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from defective products or negligence.
7. Printing Results and Product Performance
Printing results may vary depending on the equipment, materials and operating conditions used.
Factors affecting results include:
- Printer model and condition.
- Ink or toner formulation.
- Print resolution.
- Colour management settings.
- Paper and media settings.
- Temperature and humidity.
- Storage and handling.
- Exposure to sunlight, water or chemicals.
We do not guarantee identical printing results across different printing equipment or environments.
Customers should conduct suitable testing before large commercial printing jobs.
Unless expressly stated, products should not be assumed to be waterproof, weatherproof, UV-resistant, heat-resistant or suitable for outdoor use.
Products advertised as waterproof or water-resistant must meet their stated performance characteristics under the specified conditions.
8. Product Colours and Appearance
We aim to display product colours accurately.
However, colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography and manufacturing processes.
Minor variations may occur between website photographs and delivered products.
If exact colour matching is important, please contact us before purchasing.
Products must still conform to any specific colour or finish description forming part of the contract.
9. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and offer an alternative, revised delivery arrangement or refund, as appropriate.
Customers are not required to accept substitute products.
We may withdraw products or update our range without prior notice, subject to existing contractual obligations.
10. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Applicable taxes and charges will be displayed as required by law.
Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not normally affect accepted orders.
Payment must be made using an available payment method at checkout.
Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact the customer before accepting the order.
11. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
After placing an order, customers may receive an automated order confirmation.
This confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, as applicable.
We may be unable to accept an order because of stock shortages, payment problems, delivery restrictions or obvious pricing errors.
Where payment has been taken for an order that cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be provided.
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.
Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
12. Free UK Delivery
Supplies Hub offers free standard UK delivery on all orders with no minimum spend.
Our main delivery partners are Royal Mail and DPD.
Depending on the product and destination, services may include:
- Royal Mail Second Class.
- Royal Mail First Class.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- DPD delivery services.
We primarily use Royal Mail Second Class and Tracked 48 for standard deliveries.
Faster services may be available depending on the order and destination.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service has specifically been agreed.
Our legal obligations relating to delivery remain unaffected.

13. Same-Day Collection in London
Customers may collect products from our London collection point, subject to stock availability.

However, we recommend calling before visiting to confirm stock availability and opening hours.

Online orders should be confirmed as ready before collection.
Visit our Same-Day Collection London page for further information.
14. Returns and Refunds
Supplies Hub operates a returns and refunds policy in accordance with UK consumer law.
For most eligible online consumer purchases, customers have 14 days after receiving their goods to notify us that they wish to cancel.
Customers then have a further 14 days to return the products.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
Please contact us before returning goods so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
Return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
For more information, visit our Returns & Refunds Policy page.
15. Inspection of Returned Products
All returned products may be inspected by Supplies Hub.
Inspections help us assess the condition of returned goods and establish whether any reduction in value has resulted from handling beyond what was reasonably necessary.
We may inspect:
- Product condition.
- Quantity returned.
- Missing components.
- Damage or contamination.
- Evidence of use.
- Packaging condition where relevant.
- Whether the items match the original order.
Customers may inspect products in a manner similar to what would reasonably be permitted in a physical shop.
Where change-of-mind returned goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a lawful deduction for any resulting reduction in value.
For example, a customer returning a pack of 100 sticker sheets after using a substantial number may have reduced the value of the product.
Any deduction will reflect the actual reduction in value and will only be applied where legally permitted.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with statutory deadlines, regardless of our internal inspection procedures.
16. Refund Eligibility and Conditions
For change-of-mind returns, the refund amount may depend on the product’s condition and any deductions permitted by law.
Products should be packaged securely to prevent damage during return transit.
Customers should retain proof of postage.
Returned products should include all relevant components.
Missing, damaged or excessively handled items may result in a lawful deduction where a reduction in value has occurred.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Where goods are faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise fail to meet statutory requirements, the customer’s legal remedies will apply independently of ordinary change-of-mind return conditions.
17. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
We aim to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose where legally required and consistent with their descriptions.
If a customer receives a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, they should contact us.
Please provide:
- Order number.
- Product details.
- Description of the issue.
- Relevant photographs, where available.
We may request additional information or inspect returned products where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, customers may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or another remedy.
We will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
18. Non-Returnable and Customised Products
Certain products may be excluded from standard change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by UK law.
These may include:
- Personalised products.
- Products manufactured to a customer’s individual specifications.
- Other goods covered by statutory cancellation exceptions.
Products are not automatically exempt simply because they were imported or ordered from a supplier to fulfil an order.
Statutory rights concerning faulty or incorrectly described products remain unaffected.
19. Bulk and Wholesale Orders
Supplies Hub supplies individual products, multipacks and larger quantities for business and commercial customers.
Bulk orders may include products from different manufacturing batches.
Customers requiring consistent measurements, thicknesses, colours or technical specifications should communicate their requirements before ordering.
Where agreed specifications form part of the contract, products must comply with those specifications.
Business customers should inspect deliveries promptly and notify us of discrepancies as soon as reasonably possible.
Business-to-business orders may be subject to additional terms agreed in writing.
Consumer cancellation rights do not generally apply to purchases made wholly for business purposes.
20. Product Suitability and Intended Use
Products should only be used for purposes consistent with their descriptions, instructions and safety information.
Customers should select materials appropriate for their intended applications.
This is particularly important for printing materials, adhesives, fastening accessories and products used with machinery or electrical equipment.
Products should not be modified or used outside their specified operating conditions without appropriate assessment.
Where customers have informed us of a particular intended purpose and reasonably relied on our advice, applicable legal rights relating to fitness for purpose remain unaffected.
21. Health, Safety and Product Handling
Customers should follow all applicable product instructions, warnings and safety information.
Products such as lanyards, badge clips, magnetic accessories, adhesive materials and packaging supplies should be used appropriately.
Certain products may contain small components, magnets or fastening mechanisms unsuitable for young children.
Customers should consider relevant safety requirements before providing products to other users.
Supplies Hub is not responsible for harm caused solely by improper use where such harm is not attributable to a product defect, negligence or other legal responsibility of Supplies Hub.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. Storage and Environmental Conditions
Certain products may be affected by storage conditions.
Sticker paper, printable vinyl, photo paper and adhesive materials should be stored in accordance with their product instructions.
Unsuitable storage conditions may affect:
- Adhesive performance.
- Paper flatness.
- Print quality.
- Colour stability.
- Material flexibility.
- Product lifespan.
Customers should avoid exposing products to conditions outside their recommended storage or operating ranges.
Where appropriate, printable materials should remain in their original packaging until required.
We are not responsible for deterioration caused solely by unsuitable storage or handling after delivery where it is not attributable to a product defect or breach of our legal obligations.
23. Third-Party Equipment and Compatibility
References to printer brands, equipment manufacturers or third-party products are provided for identification or compatibility purposes only.
Unless expressly stated, Supplies Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers.
Customers should consult their equipment documentation before using our products.
Compatibility with one printer model does not necessarily mean compatibility with all models from the same manufacturer.
We do not guarantee universal compatibility unless expressly stated in the product description.
24. Limitation of Liability
Supplies Hub accepts responsibility for losses and damage where required by applicable law.
We are not responsible for losses arising solely from misuse, failure to follow appropriate instructions, incompatible equipment or circumstances outside our legal responsibility.
We do not guarantee that products will meet requirements that were not disclosed to us or included in agreed specifications.
For consumer purchases, nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts:
- Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Statutory rights relating to faulty, defective or misdescribed goods.
- Liability under applicable product safety and product liability legislation.
- Any liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Where a product allegedly damages equipment or other property, responsibility will depend on the circumstances, including whether the product was defective, whether it was used correctly and whether Supplies Hub breached any applicable legal duty.
For business-to-business transactions, and only to the extent permitted by law and subject to applicable reasonableness requirements, Supplies Hub excludes liability for indirect or consequential commercial losses, including lost profits, lost business opportunities and business interruption, where such liability can lawfully be excluded.
25. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate order and delivery information.
- Use products according to their intended purpose.
- Check product compatibility before use.
- Follow relevant safety and operating instructions.
- Contact us if technical information requires clarification.
- Handle and store products appropriately.
- Report suspected defects or safety concerns.
Customers must not use our website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
26. Website Information and Availability
We aim to keep our website accurate and accessible.
However, occasional errors, technical problems or interruptions may occur.
We may update website content, product information, categories, prices and functionality when necessary.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
Nothing in this section affects our obligations relating to accepted orders.
27. Intellectual Property
Original website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and design elements owned by Supplies Hub, is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Customers may not reproduce or commercially distribute our protected content without permission.
Third-party trademarks, product photographs and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
28. Privacy and Personal Information
We collect and process personal information to manage orders, payments, deliveries, enquiries and legitimate business activities.
Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.
Customers should refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how personal data is collected, used, stored and protected.
29. Complaints and Customer Support
If a customer experiences a problem with an order, product or service, we encourage them to contact us directly.
We aim to investigate complaints fairly and provide an appropriate response.
Depending on the issue, we may request order details, photographs or other relevant information.
Our complaints procedure does not affect statutory consumer rights.
30. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our products, business operations or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on our website.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an accepted order unless permitted by law or agreed with the customer.
31. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in other parts of the United Kingdom.
Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction where applicable.
