How to Print Sublimation Blank Lanyards – Heat Press Guide
Our lanyards for sublimation are designed for personalisation using compatible sublimation ink, transfer paper and heat-press equipment.

Printing Instructions
- Prepare your artwork and print it onto suitable sublimation transfer paper using sublimation ink.
- Position the lanyard flat on the heat press, keeping the printable surface smooth.
- Align the transfer carefully and secure it with heat-resistant tape where necessary.
- Keep the metal hook, safety breakaway connector and other fittings outside the heated pressing area.
- Press at 180°C for approximately 60 seconds using medium pressure.
- Remove the transfer carefully, allow the lanyard to cool and inspect the finished result.
For consistent results, we recommend completing a sample print before beginning larger production runs.
